在我使用构建版本 gradle 26 之前，但是像这张图片一样将 buildtoolsversion 更改为 27 后

before i'm use build version gradle 26 but after change buildtoolsversion to 27 like as this image

      targetCompatibility JavaVersion.VERSION_1_10
